Where can I see which plan my organization is using?
You can view the current plan for each organization you're part of directly in the Billing & Subscriptions section.
- Open your billing settings
Click your profile in the bottom-left corner and select Account.
In the left sidebar, go to Billing & Subscriptions.
Or access directly via: Billing & Subscriptions
- Check the plan column
You'll see a list of your organizations, the number of seats, the total cost, and the current plan each organization is on (e.g., Free, Standard, Business).
- Update if needed
To change the plan, click the Update Plan button next to the organization you want to manage.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Plans are managed per organization, not per user.
- You can only update the plan if you have the necessary permissions (typically as an owner).
- The number of active seats also appears alongside your plan for transparency.
