Where can I see which plan my organization is using?

You can view the current plan for each organization you're part of directly in the Billing & Subscriptions section.


  1. Open your billing settings


Click your profile in the bottom-left corner and select Account.
In the left sidebar, go to Billing & Subscriptions.
Or access directly via: Billing & Subscriptions


  1. Check the plan column


You'll see a list of your organizations, the number of seats, the total cost, and the current plan each organization is on (e.g., Free, Standard, Business).


  1. Update if needed


To change the plan, click the Update Plan button next to the organization you want to manage.

Things to Keep in Mind


  • Plans are managed per organization, not per user.
  • You can only update the plan if you have the necessary permissions (typically as an owner).
  • The number of active seats also appears alongside your plan for transparency.
