How do I update my email address?

If you need to change the email address linked to your Daily Pulse account, you can request an update directly from your account settings. The system will ask for confirmation from both your current and new email addresses to ensure security.

Access your account settings

Click your profile in the bottom-left corner and go to Account, or navigate to:
Account Settings

Click “Start email update”

Scroll to the Update your email address section and click the Start email update button.

Enter your new email address

In the confirmation modal that appears, type the new email address you want to use and click Request update.

Confirm both email addresses

- A confirmation link will be sent to your current email and your new email.
- You must confirm both links to complete the update.

Things to Keep in Mind



- You won’t be able to change your email if you don’t have access to both email accounts.
- This change affects how you log in and receive notifications from Daily Pulse.
- If you need help or lose access to your old email, contact our support team via the Crisp chat widget.
