How do I reset my onboarding process?

Resetting your onboarding process allows you to revisit the platform’s guided tours and onboarding hints, as if you were joining for the first time.

Open your account settings

Click your profile in the bottom-left corner and go to Account, or visit:
Account Settings

Click “Reset onboarding process”

In the Reset onboarding process section, click the Reset onboarding button.

Confirm the action

A confirmation prompt will appear. Accept it to reset your onboarding status.

Things to Keep in Mind



- This action only resets onboarding-related settings for you.
- It does not affect any data or settings in your teams or organizations.
- After resetting, you’ll see walkthroughs, tooltips, and feature highlights as if you were a new user again.

You can reset onboarding at any time if you’d like to revisit helpful platform tours.
