How do I remove someone from my organization?
You can remove someone from your organization if they no longer need access. This action immediately revokes their permissions and access to all data.
- Go to the Users settings
In the sidebar, select your organization, navigate to Settings, and click Users.
- Find the user you want to remove
Locate the person on the list. You can use the search bar or filters if needed.
- Click the action menu (⋯) and select “Remove”
A confirmation will appear. Confirm the action to permanently remove the user from the organization.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Once removed, the user will lose access to the entire organization and its data.
- Their past activity and records will become inaccessible, but not deleted.
- Only users with the proper permissions (e.g., Owner, Admin) can remove others.
