How can I upgrade my plan?
Upgrading your plan gives your organization access to more features, seats, and advanced AI capabilities. You can upgrade directly through the Billing & Subscriptions section.
- Access your billing settings
Click your profile in the bottom-left corner and select Account.
Then, in the sidebar, go to Billing & Subscriptions.
Or go directly to: Billing & Subscriptions
- Click “Update Plan”
Locate the organization you want to upgrade and click the Update Plan button.
- Choose your new plan
You'll be taken to the Plans screen. Select your desired plan (Standard, Business, or Enterprise) and the number of seats your team needs.
- Confirm the upgrade
Click Upgrade Now or Contact Sales (for Enterprise) to complete the process.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Upgrades are applied per organization, not per user account.
- You can choose between monthly or yearly billing cycles.
- The number of seats determines your total monthly or annual cost.
- You can return to this screen at any time to adjust your plan again.
